[Party Building Activities] Cujin Street Party and Mass Center, in conjunction with Sanyuan Environment Party Branch, held a lecture on the new Company Law.

To help enterprises understand the newly revised "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and raise employees' legal awareness, the Cujin Street Party Working Committee, the Cujin Street Comprehensive Party Committee for New Social Organizations, Sichuan Sanyuan Environmental Governance Co., Ltd., and Beijing Dongwei (Chengdu) Law Firm jointly organized the "Jinhe·Juli - Popularizing the New Company Law and Building a Trustworthy Enterprise" seminar, which was undertaken by the Dahecang Business District Party and Mass Service Center. This seminar aimed to provide a solid legal guarantee for the sustainable development of enterprises.

At the event, senior legal lecturer Liu Yishi explained the revision process and background of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," as well as precautions for companies to take, using typical cases to illustrate the main revisions to the new "Company Law of the People's Republic of China." Meanwhile, professional finance and tax lecturer Xiao Qikun explained relevant tax knowledge, effectively raising companies' awareness of operational risks and safeguarding their healthy development.

After the salon event, the CPC Sichuan Sanyuan Environmental Governance Co., Ltd. Branch Committee and the CPC Beijing Dongwei (Chengdu) Law Firm Branch Committee held a signing ceremony for a joint Party building partnership, establishing a joint Party branch.
