Each X-comfotPod model is shipped in a professionally designed flat box, eliminating the need to carry loose cartons or multiple pallets. The box is customized to the specific model you ordered, and can properly protect each panel, glass plate and keep them organized for fast and damage-free installation.

Small and medium soundproof pods can be packaged and shipped in just one package, eliminating the hassle of signing for multiple express deliveries, and super-large soundproof pods only require 2~3 boxes.

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy on all orders for a worry-free shopping experience. Exchanges are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start the refund and return process, we’ll issue a prepaid label and detailed shipping instructions.If the return is not a quality issue, you will need to bear part of the cost.
