Free Shipping within the USA  

- All orders within the USA qualify for free shipping, excluding accessory-only orders.

Shipping to Canada

- We also ship to Canada, but additional international shipping fees will apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Time :

Your order will arrive within 3-45 working days, depending on location and customization requirements.

- Order Processing: 1-2 working days

- Handcrafted Customization: 7-15 working days

- Port Arrival: 12-13 working days

- Truck Delivery: 7-13 working days (Truck companies do not deliver on weekends)

Please be sure to answer any calls from our trucking company to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Once your order is picked up by the trucking company, we will send you a tracking number via email. Tracking information will be updated one business day later (excluding weekends). If you have not received your order, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation and Modification Notes
The order can be modified or cancelled if the consumer initiates the modification or cancellation before production starts and within the time specified on the website.
If the order is cancelled within 2 hours, we will cancel it free of charge.
If the order is cancelled within 2-24 hours, we will only refund 95% of the amount.
If the order is cancelled between 24 hours and before production starts, we will only refund 90% of the amount.
Since the order is specially made after the order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled once production starts.

We currently offer free shipping to the contiguous United States.

Note: We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
