Once your pod starts production, you cannot cancel your order. We will process the order and start production within 1-2 working days after your payment.If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email before production begins.

If your order has already started production, any changes or cancellations are subject to our return and refund policy. If the order is cancelled within 2 hours, we will cancel it free of charge.
If the order is cancelled between 2-24 hours, we will only refund 95% of the amount.
If it is after 24 hours of payment and before production starts, we will only refund 90% of the amount.
