Project Background

Located in a residential community in Shenzhen, the project has been plagued by daily noise pollution from the outer ring expressway, which is only about 70 meters away, since the community was handed over to residents in 2023. According to a report by Guangdong Litchi.com, the noise level in the community still exceeds 60 decibels even with windows closed, seriously affecting the residents' quality of life.

This issue drew great attention from relevant government departments. The subdistrict office held multiple communication meetings and conducted extensive discussions with the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, the District Environmental Protection Bureau, various subdistrict departments, and the developer. Ultimately, it was decided to install soundproof windows to effectively reduce noise disturbance to residents.

In September, Sanyuan Environment participated in the production of several model rooms with different designs. After the homeowners personally experienced and compared the options, they ultimately decided to adopt our company's solution of removing the old windows and installing new soundproof windows.

The project officially commenced in December. The construction team was tasked with completing the demolition and installation within a single day, ensuring no damage to the exterior waterproofing and minimizing disruption to the homeowner's rest. Furthermore, the project was completed without any unpleasant odors, allowing the homeowner to sleep soundly and enjoy a peaceful night.
