The Silent Chamber boasts a sound insulation rating of approximately 30dB, and the entire chamber is clad in sound-isolating and sound-absorbing materials.
Acoustic Interior
The interior materials conform to NSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC acoustic simulation design. 60% of the cabin's equivalent area is made of Polyester Fibers, and to achieve broadband response, special localized material processing integrates active sound reflections on 40% of the equivalent area.
Soundproof Glass
The freely assembleable and mobile soundproof cabin requires more than just the most demanding glass safety features. Engineers focused on the glass in train compartments, which experience high noise and vibration during high-speed operation. Multiple physical material tests and comparisons confirmed the acoustic engineers' choice, demonstrating excellent sound insulation and safety data.
Modular Carpet
Non-fluidized butyl rubber is used as the modular carpet backing, with a rubber-bonded PE staple fiber woven surface and a contact-point ABS overhead underlayment. These materials meet the cabin's requirements for moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and easy cleaning and maintenance. The modular carpet's material and application design successfully create an acoustic model that absorbs, insulates, and reduces vibrations.
The Silent Cabin features enhanced ventilation, lighting, and charging systems. Some versions also have a built-in high-fidelity audio system. Furthermore, the Silent Cabin can be used for live broadcasts, conference rooms, reading rooms, interview rooms, and entertainment rooms, creating a relatively quiet and private personal space.
