A soundproof cabin is a device specifically designed for noise reduction in offices. It typically uses sound-insulating materials, design, and sealing to reduce noise. Generally, a soundproof cabin can reduce noise by more than 30 decibels, even reaching around 40 decibels, which is very effective for people who need quiet work.
However, the noise reduction effect of a soundproof cabin can be affected by various factors. For example, when the external noise level is high, the noise reduction effect of the soundproof cabin may be affected; in addition, the noise reduction effect of the soundproof cabin may also vary depending on the time and frequency of use.
Many friends have said that the Huixiang soundproof cabin is quite good, with its three layers of sound-insulating materials and laminated glass effectively blocking noise.
In terms of sound insulation, we adopted INSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC acoustic simulation design to accurately predict and achieve the sound insulation effect and cabin acoustic environment indicators of the cabin. The design value Rw+Ctr reached 25dB (±5dB), while RT0.1s was controlled within ±0.1s.
In terms of sound absorption, the interior materials also follow the INSUL MARSHALL ACOUSTIC acoustic simulation design. Polyester Fibers sound-absorbing material is used for 60% of the equivalent area of the cabin to achieve a wide frequency response. Simultaneously, we have applied special processing to some materials, integrating 40% of the equivalent area of active reflected sound.
Regarding soundproof glass, our freely assembled mobile soundproof cabin design goes beyond conventional safety glass; we pursue higher standards.
Engineers paid particular attention to the high noise resonance generated by the train carriage windows during high-speed operation. After multiple material tests and comparisons, we found materials with excellent sound insulation and safety performance, a choice that received full approval from acoustic engineers.
In terms of latch assembly, we abandoned the traditional structural assembly scheme relying on screws, nails, and glue. Utilizing precise SOLIDWORKS soft mechanics modeling, we innovatively invented a scheme that requires only one type of 90° fastening latch to complete the cabin assembly.
The touch-sensitive radar system is one of the key features of this soundproof cabin suitable for public use. It continuously monitors the cabin's dynamics, using scanned data to send execution commands to the electronic control unit, thereby intelligently controlling the on/off operation of the lighting and ventilation systems to achieve energy-saving and safety management.
Regarding the ventilation system, we adopted a labyrinthine design for the fresh air system, which not only reduces sound interaction between the cabin and the outside but also efficiently refreshes the cabin air within three minutes, providing users with a more comfortable environment.
The modular carpet design also prioritizes acoustic performance. We used non-fluidized butyl rubber as the backing, combined with a rubber-embedded PE short-fiber woven surface and a contact-type ABS raised pad, meeting the cabin's requirements for moisture resistance, mildew resistance, and easy cleaning and maintenance, while successfully constructing a sound-absorbing, sound-insulating, and vibration-damping acoustic model.
For the exterior finish, we selected a wear-resistant, stain-resistant, UV-resistant, fire-retardant, and moisture-proof nano-PP finishing material manufactured in Korea. This material not only offers a variety of colors to easily blend into various spaces but also provides excellent protection for the cabin's sound insulation panels.
Furthermore, we also specifically considered the information connectivity needs between the cabin and external equipment. Regarding external connection ports, we've included information interface ports for convenient use in recording, live streaming, audio control, and interpretation scenarios. When not in use, these ports can be mechanically sealed to prevent sound leakage.
For lighting, we've adopted a 4000K natural light color temperature LED central lighting system, with a standard illumination of 1600Lsx, sufficient for daily use. For professional lighting needs, the cabin also includes a pre-installed expandable power supply for easy upgrades.
In terms of power, our products are compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB power supply systems, ensuring compatibility with mainstream equipment and energy environments both inside and outside the cabin, guaranteeing stable power supply in various scenarios.
We've also conducted comprehensive acoustic testing on the soundproof cabin, including reverberation testing, sound insulation testing, speech intelligibility, and frequency response, to ensure optimal acoustic performance.
